In any way that you choose to interact with the RP Trading & Marketing and its all units web site, we honor your presence here and are committed to protecting your privacy. We adhere to a strict anti-spam policy. Cloud3creatives.com and it’s official social media pages are units of RP Trading & Marketing. We won’t reveal or sell your email address to third parties. We won’t send you emails if you don’t want to receive them, either. When you place an order, we send out an email with the order details and you will also receive an occasional newsletter from RP Trading & Marketing and it’s all units. This is our way of notifying you about upcoming events, webinars, new features, products and pricing.
RP Trading & Marketing and its all units will never share email addresses with anyone else. If you decide at any time that you want to stop receiving our emails, you can opt-out by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the end of every email. RP Trading & Marketing and its all units are requesting all clients to place order through email. Hence RP Trading & Marketing and its all units are requesting to avoid placing order via chat/social media/phone call. Order placed via proper procedure and documentation will be given priority. Any loss of communication done via chat/socialmedia/phonecalls will not be entertained.

As RP Trading & Marketing and its all units are involved in virtual product and services, so once work done and payment completed, no refund will be entertained. To avoid any situation RP Trading & Marketing and its all units are requested to start work contract via milestone as offered in quotation. This pay as you go milestone will made the terms easy and you only pay when you are full satisfied with your work. For monthly contract clients payment should be made in advance by 6th of every month to keep continue work. RP Trading & Marketing and its all units are not responsible for any third party license, terms of use and refund policy. Hence RP Trading & Marketing and its all units requesting all clients to pay only to company account as requested. Please do not transferred fund/cheque/DD/Cash to any personal account/any staff of RP Trading & Marketing and its all units. All employment decisions at RP Trading & Marketing and its all units are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion or belief, national, social or ethnic origin, sex (including pregnancy). RP Trading & Marketing and its all units will not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on any of these characteristics.
